What is your return policy?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns except for damaged or defective items. Exchanges are permitted within 7 days of delivery for unworn items with original tags. Please review our Return & Exchange Policy for complete details.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days, Expedited shipping takes 3-4 business days, and Express shipping takes 2 business days. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $75.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Click the tracking link in the email or visit the carrier's website to track your package in real-time.
What if I receive a damaged item?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at marcus@kindwaterstherapy.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll provide a full refund or replacement. This is the only circumstance under which returns are accepted.
How do I request an exchange?
Email us at marcus@kindwaterstherapy.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached. We'll provide return instructions and ship your exchange item once we receive your return.
